An intensely purple
red coloured, medium bodies wine with dark berries on the nose and
lasting tannins. Will age 2-3 years.

Burnt brick red
coloured wine with berries and peppery aromas. This wine has a good
concentration of tannins and and long finish. Will age 2-3
years.
Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon
A purple red wine with
a spicy nose and hints of hard red berries and leather. This wine
has good integration of fruit and tannins. Will improve with
cellaring.
**NEW** 2005 Merlot
This deep purple/red
wine has plenty of berry flavours with black cherry being the dominant
descriptor. This Merlot is lightly oaked to highlight its intrinsic
tannins and flavours. The aroma is light and slightly floral with an
earthy leathery finish. The wine has a long lingering palate and is best
if served slightly below room temperature. This wine is ready to drink
now with lamb or another delicate red meat dish or alternatively cellar
for 3-4 years.
Gin Gin Rose
An unusual blend of
colombard and Shiraz grapes. This wine has plenty of fruit, both for
the nose and the palette and a long finish. Drink now.

Two Worlds
A sweeter red which is
also a blend of Colombard and Shiraz, but with a very different
result. This wine is less structured and more open on the palette.
Ideally suited to be enjoyed with a cheese platter after dinner or
on its own.

The Sticky One
A sweet blend of Verdelho,
Chardonnay and Colombard with a hint of White Muscate. To be
served well chilled, may be consumed alone or with desert.
This wine has an aroma rich with fruit and floral aromas, these
more than hint at the wine's richness of flavor. The wine is
intensely flavored and sweet with a rich mouth feel and lingering
taste.
2004 Colombard
This varietal Colombard
is a light crisp white wine. The colour is a pale straw green and with
the delicate floral aroma and dry finish this wine is ideal for seafood
or on its own. This wine is ready for drinking now.
Reserve Chardonnay
Classic Chardonnay
flavors offset by judicious use of French Oak. This wine has aromas
of honeyed melons with a crisp acid finish

Fino
Norse Wines "Fino" is a white
port with a glowing golden colour, aromatic nose and a hint of dried apricots.
The palate is smooth with raisin fruit characters and a lingering finish.
As a unique method is used to fortify this wine, the Fino does not exibit
typical port heat, but rather a smooth sweet finish.
Liquor Port
An unblended late harvest
port based on the Shiraz grape. Matured in medium toasted French oak barrels,
and fortified with 10 year old oak matured brandy spirit. This
liqueur is bottled directly from the barrel with out any filtration
to enhance it's mouth feel. As a result this liqueur port is quite in the
mouth and exhibits a nice blend of tawny and sweet port characters
which offset the higher alcohol heat. The wine has distinct aromas of dried
fruits, raisins, leather and spices.
Norse Gold
Norse Gold is a liqueured
mead; sweet, luscious and alcoholic. With honey sourced from
the Mangroves of the Queensland coast north of Bundaberg, this
wine reflects the power of the ocean with its strong honey flavor
and hint of salt on the palate. Enjoy chilled with your after
dinner coffee and surprise yourself with this wine's more than
a hint of gold.
Colour: Pale gold with glints of actual gold.
Norse Gold has a distinct aroma of honey with hints of spices.
This liqueur is sweet and has an almost syrupy mouth feel finishing
with a pleasant alcohol heat. The added 23K gold fakes add a
real sense of decadence to the drinking experience.
